What The Role Is
- On behalf of one of our State Government Departments, you will serve as a customer contact officer and respond to client inquiries.
- You will work in our Contact Center, a dynamic, fast-paced setting where priorities can frequently shift in response to client requests.
- By handling client interactions and assisting the larger Victorian community, you will improve people's lives in this position.
