The GNPC foundation is currently accepting applications for Undergraduate Ghanaian Local scholarships for the 2022/2023 academic year.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Applicant must be a Ghanaian
- Must have obtained admission to pursue an undergraduate degree programme at any accredited tertiary institution in Ghana.
- Teachers and lecturers in STEM and TVET at technical institutions. NOTE: Nursing training colleges and colleges of education are not eligible.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR UNDERGRADUATE
- Scanned copy of admission letter.
- Scanned copy of WAEC results or certificate.
- Scanned copy of testimonial from the previous school.
- Proof of nationality(Birth certificate or national ID card).
- Passport picture
- Continuing students are to upload their Academic transcripts.
- Previous undergraduate certificate(Degree/HND/Diploma) and corresponding transcript of previous applicants pursuing another undergraduate certificate (Degree, HND, B-Tech).
NOTES TO ALL APPLICANTS
- All applications are to be done online via www.gnpcghana.com
- Submission of hard copies of applications would be rejected.
- Applicants with any form of disability are required to upload medical certificates indicating the seriousness of the disability.
- Applicants who enjoy any form of scholarship should not apply.
- Your eligibility for this scholarship must be based on the provision of accurate information. Misrepresentation of any material renders the application null and void. Any award based on misrepresentation shall be withdrawn and if any investments are made based on representation, the applicant shall refund any monies paid to him/her or may face prosecution or both.

BELOW ARE THE STEPS FOR YOUR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
1. Open the web address www.gnpcghana.com

Welcome to GNPC Local scholarship online application system.
Applicants are to note that the service provided by GNPC Foundation is FREE and that, no individual, group
or third-party entity has been engaged by the GNPC Foundation to assist any applicant.
Under no circumstance whatsoever would an applicant be required to pay any money for the processing
of his or her application. Any form of payment made to such a person, you do so at your own risk.
2. Create an account to register
3. A pin will be sent to you via e-mail or text message after your account has been approved.
4. Undergraduates are to upload passport pictures, admission letters, WASSCE results or certificates,
testimonial and birth certificate
5. Postgraduates are to upload the following documents; passport picture, admission letter,
academic certificates and transcripts, Curriculum Vitae, National Service Certificates, letters of
recommendation (both academic and occupational), research proposal/thesis.
6. Provide a one-page (500 words) letter of motivation indicating why the GNPC Foundation should
award you a scholarship for your education, including what your educational and professional
goals are.
7. You are to complete, upload and submit a guarantor’s form. The list of guarantors are
a. A senior clergy
b. A commissioned officer of the armed forces
c. A senior civil/public servant (Principal Executive Officer and above
d. A registered medical practitioner
e. A solicitor or barrister
f. Head of a recognized Educational institution
g. Other recognized professionals in good standing with their respective regulating bodies
h. Any other person in good standing as may be determined by the Board of Trustees.
