This position is undoubtedly perfect for you if you enjoy interacting with others. We are aware that communicating with clients and coworkers is not always simple and sometimes requires experience. We will provide all the training required to become a good lifeguard, but we also believe that hiring people from a variety of employment backgrounds can offer a wider benefit to our team. Some of these individuals may be working in their first job and may require additional help from their coworkers.
As a lifeguard, you are responsible for ensuring that our patrons receive the best possible service by providing them with welcoming, spotless, and secure surroundings.
Although we're not searching for the next Duncan Goodhew, you must be a proficient swimmer. Don't worry if you need additional coaching to reach the level required to work as a lifeguard; one of our excellent swim instructors will be able to help you.
We will encourage your desire to advance further by providing you with extra training. Both formal and on-the-job training will be important. We recognize, though, that not everyone wants to "move up the ladder," and we have no problem with that. The most crucial thing is that you are happy doing your work

- NPLQ qualification, however, training is available
- The capacity to connect with people at all levels of staff as well as with customers of all ages and capacities.
- A strong sense of interpersonal relations
- Team-oriented approach, ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, and willingness to show interest in and support the efforts of coworkers and employees
- To be able to operate flexibly and comprehend managerial directions
- Shown enthusiasm and vigor for the leisure sector
- Adaptable and flexible

Salary: £10.42 per hour maximum
