We are a developing, international construction consultant that provides a special chance for ambitious people seeking a job that's just a little bit different.
We are looking to add an M&E Cost Consultant to our existing cost management team as we start to diversify our market segments with a strong focus on increasing our sustainability offering for our clients.
Does this describe who you are?
- You are a mid-level or senior quantity surveying professional with a background in the Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) disciplines, ideally within a consulting environment You have strong feasibility and cost-planning experience
- Exposure to both the pre-construction stage and the post-construction stage, as well as industry experience in the built environment
- Devoted to environmental protection and interested in carbon footprint reduction
- Knowledge of and awareness of life cycle project costing from a business perspective
- You are eager to embark on this journey with us. Since this discipline is new to us, your desire to make an impact and contribute to a developing team, as well as your capacity for self-motivation, are essential.

- You will work on projects in the commercial, residential, hotel, mixed-use, higher education, and leisure sectors, to mention a few, as a member of a seasoned, national cost management team.
- You will be involved in providing cost planning, procurement, and post-contract services for our clients in the mechanical and electrical discipline while working on a range of projects at once.
- Since our M&E service line is still in its infancy, you will have the opportunity to shape how this looks for our clients, which means independence for you and excellent career prospects as you assist us in building a team.
- You could be based in any of our UK offices, including London, Brighton, Birmingham, or Glasgow, as this is a nationwide position.
