Responsibilities
- Define and carry out the Vista Global brand's financial technology concept.
- Drive the company's cross-functional teams' efforts to plan products and businesses.
- Create, implement, and uphold production schedules for various departments.
- Consider new product improvements and ideas, and develop appropriate cross-functional planning.
- Actual product management of the numerous internal and COTS financial systems at Vista Global
- To develop and carry out a product strategy and roadmap, collaborate with a team of finance stakeholders, engineering, enterprise operations, consumer operations, and other internal teams.
- Simplify product choices at Vista Global, creating a seamless experience for the company and our customers that utilize a variety of goods and services from the brand.
- Create game-changing technologies that will make financial management simpler than before.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- 10 years of experience working in a fast-paced, internally-focused product management environment with a background in finance.
- 10 years of BDD, sprint planning, agile delivery, and SDLC expertise
- Prior experience managing every phase of the product development lifecycle and offering tactical fixes for Group Reporting and Finance Operations.
Qualifications and Skills.
- Ensure that all product lifecycle processes, such as product research, planning, positioning, roadmap creation, requirements development, and product launch, are carried out.
- Convert product strategy into specific specifications for the creation of the finished product by engineering teams.
- Describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical needs, revenue, and ROI in product strategy documents.
- To guarantee the success of the entire organization, work closely with engineering and other cross-functional teams on the development, QA, and delivery of products.
- Personable and able to exert influence at all organizational levels and across functional lines, you are an expert at educating, inspiring, and energizing others.
- Product visionary with experience developing sophisticated technological goods for internal customers
- Team builder with the capacity to find, recruit, and nurture top-tier technical talent
- Dependable partner for senior leaders and a strong communicator who can promote alignment among the workforce
- SAP expertise is preferred. Experience with enterprise-class finance systems and exemplary track record of meeting aggressive technical roadmaps with cost-reducing goods.
- You perform well under pressure, are mindful of deadlines, are flexible and willing to change, pay attention to details, and put the needs of your customers first.
- Having knowledge of intricate financial management procedures and regulations committed to determining the direction of aviation
- Capable of mastering any or all of the following: Confluence, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Office/Project, and Asana
- Great English presenting and public speaking abilities paired with great verbal, writing, and editing skills
