JOB OPPORTUNITIES

1. Program Manager: We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our organization. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction and creating and managing long-term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.


2. Business Development Manager: We are hiring a business development manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and have d a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.


3. Impact Measurement and Evaluation Specialist: Metcalfe and Partners are seeking an Impact Measurement Specialist within our Insights team to focus on diversity research, measurement, and program evaluation. The successful candidate will support the dual mission of developing diverse leaders with our programs and building diverse institutions. 


4. Finance and Administration Manager: We are looking for a Finance Administrator to organize our company’s day-to-day accounting procedures. Finance Administrator responsibilities include maintaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, and processing reimbursements. If you have a background in Finance and knowledge of bookkeeping activities, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us manage and allocate our resources effectively.

6. Programs Coordinator: We are looking for a program coordinator with the ability to multitask and manage several aspects of project planning and execution. The program coordinator is responsible for raising funds, maintaining project budgets, and managing communication with the public on social media and via email or telephone. To be successful as a program coordinator you must be able to manage several tasks simultaneously. A good Program Coordinator ensures that all team members are working according to schedule and that the project will be completed on time.


7. Technical Expert: We are looking for a highly accurate technical specialist to analyze and design network solutions. The technical specialist's duties include providing technical assistance, solving customer service queries, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You should also manage security functions and oversee the configuring of computer parts. To succeed as a technical specialist, you should demonstrate expertise in software and hardware, security functions and design, and problem-solving skills. Ultimately, a high-quality technical specialist should demonstrate excellent programming abilities.
