1. Program Manager: We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our organization. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction and creating and managing long-term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.
2. Business Development Manager: We are hiring a business development manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. Impact Measurement and Evaluation Specialist: Metcalfe and Partners are seeking an Impact Measurement Specialist within our Insights team to focus on diversity research, measurement, and program evaluation. The successful candidate will support the dual mission of developing diverse leaders with our programs and building diverse institutions.
4. Finance and Administration Manager: We are looking for a Finance Administrator to organize our company’s day-to-day accounting procedures. Finance Administrator responsibilities include maintaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, and processing reimbursements. You should also manage security functions and oversee the configuring of computer parts. To succeed as a technical specialist, you should demonstrate expertise in software and hardware, security functions and design, and problem-solving skills.
