Your Responsibilities
- Process room assignments, check-ins for visitors, and key activation
- Track the readiness of the rooms for check-in in coordination with housekeeping, and report any issues with the guests. Respond to all visitor calls, messages, queries, and concerns; and handle them.
- Provide information to visitors about the property and nearby points of interest.
- Process checkouts and settle any disputed charges.
- Cashing personal and traveler's checks from visitors as well as processing payments and room charges
- Run daily reports on the number of arrivals and departures, and confirm reservations and cancellations.
