ABOUT THIS JOB
A Part-Time Customer Service Advisor position with Liberty is available in the Knowsley region. Because employees at Liberty practice agile working, they are free to work from home or any other place that works for both their needs and the needs of the company. For training and meetings, you must be commutable within a fair distance. You will be working 20 hours a week, split among 5 days, with some evenings and weekends thrown in. You will be compensated with a salary of £11,367.18 (£22.734.35 FTE) annually along with great benefits.

You will deliver excellent administration and customer
service as our customer service advisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Manage all incoming and follow-up correspondence from
clients who have questions or service requests. Be the initial point of contact,
communicating with clients by phone, email, Webchat, and Facebook, while ensuring
that service levels and standards are upheld. Ensure that all inquiries are
answered while delivering first-class customer service. Utilizing a range of IT
systems, precisely enter, compile, and record client information to ensure
service level targets are pursued and met.
What our ideal customer service advisor should possess:
Experience working in a customer service setting, knowledge
of how to use computerized database systems, good IT skills, and proficiency
with Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word and Outlook). Experience
working in a call center or service center and/or in social housing would be
advantageous.
