Job Position: Content Writer


The Role

As our new Content Writer, you’ll work closely with the content team to create a variety of content assets that tell the story of how we can help our customers build the best teams on earth. You’ll feature the expertise of Omnipresent and the experience of customers to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, growth, and adoption across our solution.

What You’ll Do/Responsibilities


You’ll help develop content that’s performant for our audience of HR decision-makers in businesses of all sorts around the world. This will involve:


  • Plan, write, and publish short-form content including (but not limited to) emails, blogs, guides, scripts, and social posts
  • Align all content with the overall content strategy and brand voice
  • Work collaboratively with multiple teams to aid in content creation
  • Use SEO writing strategies to maximize our visibility in search results
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content within deadlines
  • Aid in editorial editing for cross-functional content and external requests
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, across global time zones, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects

About You


  • 2-3 years of experience in highly-quantitative content marketing roles
  • An expert in the written word, you can confidently create long-form and short-form content that converts, delights, and sets us apart.
  • Experience creating and executing various content assets.
  • Excellent writing and editing capabilities, with a strong knowledge of inbound marketing tactics

  • Is extremely data-driven and understands how to work SEO into all assets you create
  • Has their happiest days when writing, creating, and publishing content
  • Is organized. You can manage highly interdependent projects and keep various work streams on track by building processes and content calendars.
