Job Description
At KORSGY Technologies, customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do. To help us build functional systems that improve the customer experience, we are now looking for an experienced content writer/Developer. Our content writer/Developer at KORSGY is in charge of creating user-friendly documentation that helps our clients understand complex technical information. They must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences and have a strong writing background. A content writer's job is to make complex information easier to understand. They create data sheets and user guides, as well as provide technical instructions.
They must be able to interpret and explain technical concepts, processes, and procedures accurately.
They must also have research and communication skills to ensure the final product's accuracy and clarity.
Responsibilities and Objectives of this Job
- Acquire a thorough knowledge of products and services, as well as display the capability to translate complicated ideas into simple, refined, and immersive one.
- Generate detailed coverage that adheres to organizational guidelines.
- Create reader material that addresses the demands of your intended readership, transforming your insights into language for consumer excellence.
- Design and implement a detailed reference resource repository, including investigations, functionality assessments, and technical specifications.
- Examine current content activity and devise new ways to improve it.
- Work closely with other departments to comprehend project requirements as you research, write and edit content.
- Collect data from subject matter experts and write procedure manuals, technical performance parameters, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with development and support leads to define information entities, revise and edit them, and choose the most appropriate content compilation and centralized storage solutions.
- Develop and keep up-to-date information architecture templates that are compliant with organizational and legal requirements and make it simple to migrate data.
- Create content for alternative media platforms that are as usable as possible and use a consistent voice throughout all documents.
