MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS JOB:
- You will be subject to reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased by customers .
- You will Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records of the Hotel
- You will be Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, and inter alia .
- A qualified applicant will be Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts for the Hotel.
- Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
- You need to be Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
MAIN REQUIREMNTS OF THIS JOB :
- Applicants should have experience in Hospitality.
- Applicants with Excellent proficiency in languages such as English, French and a valid Driving license is a plus for them.
- Female applicants are encouraged to apply for this job.
- Applicants should have a degree in accounting, business management or a similar related field .
- Applicants should have a two plus (2+) years of experience as a procurement officer or in a related position.
