 POSITION DESCRIPTION 

To effectively communicate with tenants, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders, a candidate for the position of apartment assistant property manager should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Job Duties of an Assistant Property Manager

  • Work with present and potential residents to address issues and guarantee client satisfaction
  • Visiting the neighborhood and the apartments
  • Apartments for sale/lease inventory
  • help you complete the necessary application and lease documents
  • Help with neighborhood gatherings and resident retention
  • Manage your collections, keeping delinquencies at a reasonable level.
  • Follow the eviction and move-out procedures after posting rent.
  • Reach occupancy, income, and resident retention targets by carrying out all leasing-related tasks. Requirements for Assistant Property Manager.
  • Localized expertise in apartment property management
  • There can be software needs for Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc.
  • Fair Housing expertise is necessary
  • Experience managing conflicts
  • Possess reliable means of transportation to and from work
  •  Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependability
  • The capacity and motivation to contribute immediately to other community projects.
  • Taking guidance when necessary and taking pleasure in the teamwork

Full-time and part-time jobs Pay: $30 to $34 (CAD) 8-hour shifts, day shifts, Monday through Friday, and weekend availability are on the schedule.
