Team, we are hiring a client service administrator. This department of the
company is in charge of counseling corporate clients on all facets of insured
benefits for Critical Illness, Group Life, and Income Protection.

Your responsibilities
- Obtain data from providers and insurers to enable scheme and portfolio analysis.
- Complete the work for the market review, scheme, or portfolio renewal in accordance with the needs of the clients, compile and format the results, and produce the report.
- Communicate with suppliers and insurers to guarantee the timely supply of data, amended terms, and quotations.
- On behalf of clients, track the performance of providers and insurers and confront them with any problems at a higher level.
- Maintain and accurately complete the client relationship management database.
- Renewal and portfolio review for clients, as well as internal client team and MMC business communication with clients, insurers, and providers.
- Show technical proficiency by passing the necessary CBT examinations or industry tests.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong administrative and customer service background
- Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, building strong relationships with clients and coworkers
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- The capacity for meeting deadlines.
