 Position: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Location: Ada Industry: Commodities Mining Job Type: Full time

Scope Of The Job

The Production Supervisor will be expected to supervise the Salt harvesting, Salt quality Management & Brine Management activities related to production. Assist the Production Manager to organize production priorities ensuring compliance with operating standards and procedures to achieve optimal production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

 • Assist the Production Manager in supervising all works relating to the creation of pans, dykes, embankments, etc. ensuring the delivery of the best possible outcomes.
• Work with the quality control teams to ensure that the salt produced is clean and of the best quality.
• Oversee all production-related issues by serving as the first point of call.
• Keep key stakeholders informed to effectively mitigate any production risk.
• Liaise with appropriate teams to deal with all administrative issues about production.
• Coordinate the allocation of production resources to ensure productivity and efficiency.

• Any other duties as may be required

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or any other relevant field • At least five (5) years of experience in the same or similar role • Experience in the salt industry is preferred • Unrivalled observational and conflict management skills • Effective coordination and management skills • Possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
