1).  Zonal Sales Manager - Western/Central 1


Role Purpose

To deliver zonal key performance indicators (revenue, reloads, distribution, sales) and grow market share.


Key Accountabilities

  •  The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the growth of revenue in the region. To this end, the Manager is responsible for implementing a sales strategy leading to the conversion of airtime into reloads in the region.
  •  Responsible for the distribution of Vodafone airtime in the Region. He/she is responsible for ensuring distributors, DSAs, and Associate Distributors comply with Vodafone’s distribution key performance indicators.
  •  Responsible for acquisitions (Mobile, VF Cash, SOHO & Fixed) and acquisition revenues from the Region. The Manager is to ensure that subscriber growth targets for the region are met by working with freelancers and retailers.
  •  Responsible for identifying and developing the various channels for acquisitions. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the achievement of all VF Cash distribution KPIs (float & liquidity management and active agents).
  •  Deliver training on product knowledge to agents before launch and then on a need-to basis thereafter.

2). Business Risk & Continuity Specialist

Description

The selected candidate will be reporting to the Business Risk and Continuity Manager. This position is responsible for developing and coordinating Business Risk Management activities. It has responsibilities for Business Continuity and Crises Management within Vodafone Ghana and supports the compliance programme, supervision of due diligence processes, and review of risk associated with new products and services for Vodafone Ghana.

Job Responsibility

•    Manage the business recovery center, taking into consideration various work streams and alternative CMT communication channels

•    Continuously update the Business Impact Analysis for various functions to ensure they are fit for purpose and promote internal ownership of all assigned roles.

•    Deliver the relevant training to all staff and contractors with specific Business Continuity responsibilities  

•    Plan and coordinate at least one live and two tabletop simulation exercises a year involving all critical business units

•    Generate reports on due diligence requests and share them with all stakeholders


Governance and Reporting

•    Preparation of Business Risk and Continuity  reports

•    Monitor deliverables of projects and, where necessary and with the help of the project teams and external parties, conduct tests to determine the effectiveness of the implemented controls.

•    Support audits and ensure zero non-compliant ratings for Group and local BCM audits 

 


Core competencies, knowledge, and experience

•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

3). FIXED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER 

Role Purpose

To execute the Fixed broadband Sales strategy process in assigned regions whilst ensuring and maintaining positive revenue growth year on year. To enable achievement of all targets through monitoring, tracking, and ownership of all sales through to activation.

Act as a Point of Contact within the Commercial Function to notify the bigger team of all market dynamics within the territory of operation. It's equally important to drive the team to build knowledge and understanding of all Vodafone Fixed products and commissions policies as well as health and safety standards.  You are regarded as the “eye” of Fixed Business within the region

Digital Performance Specialist is responsible for leading the development team in deploying key analytics tools, Progressively driving plans to meet and maintain the digital key performance indicator (KPI), and ensuring all digital KPIs are set to support effective business software solutions in line with Global/Local business and technical requirements for internal and external customers.


Job Responsibilities

1. The Digital Performance Specialist Will Define and set performance analytics tools to support processes of development for the Digital ICT team.

5). EVO and Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Location: ACCRA, Central Region, GHA


Description

Assist the Manager to ensure proper validation of all invoices, seek necessary approvals, and process payments. Also assist in reconciling and reporting the payables, S16 financials, and Evo travel & concur expense that were made within specific periods.


Major Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Role 

-    Ensure monthly payments Forecast report is computed and sent to HoFO and other relevant stakeholders.  Weekly payment run reviews must be conducted to know if we are with the right forecasts.

-    Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments by ensuring invoices are processed within agreed SLAs.

-    Ensure receipt of POs and GRIR reconciliation are duly performed per policy. 

-    Work on all Inter Group Settlement processes of the agreed contract.

-    Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable processes


Evo/Volare S16

-    Be the LM SPOC for all Evo travel and expense (Concur) activities. 

-    Ensure complete management of ERP (Evo /SAP) 

-    Ensure posting of the Interest/Depreciation is done on a monthly and prepare a month-end report on our finance leases.

-    Work on setting up new contracts, and modification of old contracts based on contract review.

• Navigates large sets of data and derives meaning to deliver insights to MFS Team.


Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Dissemination of business performance information to the MFS Team.

• Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.

• Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics using available BI tools.

• Leverage available data and new data sources to advise and drive Vodafone Cash business.

• Make use of predictive models to assist with business forecasting.

• Carry out Business and Product performance analytics with a focus on profitability.

• Ensure a high level of data quality for all reporting and analysis


Technical/Professional Qualification

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or Mathematics. 

• Prior experience in the telecoms industry (an advantage but not required)

• Knowledge of revenue streams within the telecoms industry (an advantage but not a requirement)

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, and other relevant system software
