UNIVERSITY OF TWENTE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR 2022-2023 || APPLY HERE 


Currently, the  University Of Twente Scholarship is open to outstanding students from countries outside the European Union(EU) or the EEA who desire to study in a Master of Science (MSc) degree programme in the university. 

This scholarship is available for approximately fifty(50) outstanding international students all over the world. 

Note that, this is a partial scholarship and not fully funded.


Requirements for this scholarship:

  • Firstly, you must have a good academic record, that is, hardworking with good performance.
  • Secondly, you must not be eligible for a Dutch study loan at the time of applications.
  • Also, applicants must satisfy the standard English language proficiency requirement: Academic IELTS score of 6.5 (or TOEFL iBT score of 90) and an additional 6.0 (TOEFL iBT score of 20) on the speaking skills score.
  • Additionally, you must meet Dutch visa requirements (if applicable);
  • You must have completed an undergraduate degree and eligible for a certificate.
  • Note that, those who have not completed an undergraduate program at University of Twente can apply
  • Lastly, applicants must first apply and obtain an admissions letter from the University of Twente


What make you not eligible:

  • Firstly, applicants applying to study Master’s programs at the Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation cannot apply for the scholarship 
  • Secondly, Pre-Master students at on the University of Twente scholarship can’t apply for this scholarship
  • Also, the University of Twente Scholarship is not open to Dutch or existing University of Twente students.
  • Finally, the EU/EEA students are not eligible to for the scholarship


Benefits of this scholarship:

Successful applicants of this scholarship will enjoy the benefits below:

  • All successful applicants will receive € 3,000 – € 22,000 for a year. 
  • Note that, scholarship recipients are free to choose how to use the funds.

  • There will be no expenses (eg. tuition) paid on applicants behalf.
